This transmission assembly is suitable for 8~12-meter long bus;

The key components are designed to have lighter weight, and the outer casing applies aluminum. The torque density of the whole machine reaches 17.6Nm/kg, and the effective torque density reaches 35.4Nm/kg;

Based on the theoretical calculations and the data analysis of the actual working conditions of multiple cities, the design of system parameters is optimized, leading to higher system efficiency and lower energy consumption. The oil savings per 100 kilometers in actual operation increases by 2L year-on-year;

Through the amplification effect of the speed ratio, the torque response speed of the system is greatly improved, and the dynamic performance of the finished vehicle is better;

Through the application of the speed ratio, the motor operating point can have high speed condition, and the continuous climbing ability of the system is stronger;

The requirement of the system for the motor torque is lowered, thus the used amount of the precious metal and rare earth materials is less.
